Legal terms and policies for Rivvet AI customers and website users.
This page collects the agreements and policies that govern Rivvet AI’s websites and services. When a customer signs a Service Order or uses the services, these documents may apply by reference.
How our agreements fit together
Our customer agreements are layered:
- Master Services Agreement (MSA): the master terms that govern every engagement.
- Service Order: the deal-specific document that names the services, pricing, and term. If an Order conflicts with the MSA or an additional policy, the Order controls for that engagement.
- Additional policies: the AI Service Addendum, Data Processing Agreement, and Acceptable Use Policy attach to the MSA and apply to every Order.
- Website Terms and Privacy Policy: govern your use of our website and explain our data practices.
Our documents
Customers may request our current Subprocessor List, which identifies the third parties that help us deliver the services, by emailing legal@rivvetai.com.
